Dallas, Texas, December 29, 2022 – Wick Phillips announces the promotion of Alex Wahl, Paul Elkins, Schyler Parker, and Zac Farrar as new Partners of the Firm. “We are pleased to welcome these brilliant attorneys as partners. Alex, a partner in the Firm’s litigation section, focuses on a wide variety of business and commercial civil litigation matters involving contract disputes, products and premises liability, DTPA claims, franchise matters, landlord tenant disputes and evictions, the Texas Dealer Protection Act, will contests, fiduciary litigation, trusts and estates, and employment agreements containing non-compete, non-solicitation, forfeiture-for-competition and confidentiality clauses, among others. Alex has experience advocating for clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation.
Paul, a partner in the Firm’s litigation section, represents clients in a broad variety of matters in both state and federal court, including construction, oil and gas, employment, real estate, and other general, commercial matters.
Schyler, a partner in the Firm’s litigation section, represents clients in a wide variety of complex disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, DTPA violations, real estate, probate, enforcement of covenants not to compete, and fraud.
Zachary, a partner in the Firm’s litigation section, represents clients in a broad range of matters in both state and federal court, including construction, oil and gas, employment, real estate, and other general commercial matters.
