Paul Elkins is a partner in the Litigation section of Wick Phillips. Paul represents clients in a broad variety of matters in both state and federal court, including construction, oil and gas, employment, real estate, and other general, commercial matters.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Paul gained extensive litigation experience at two local firms, where he represented individuals and businesses in multiple areas, including agriculture, finance, intellectual property, oil and gas/energy, and real estate.
