Mr. Wick is a founding partner of Wick Phillips and practices in the areas of commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wick has represented and counseled a broad spectrum of clients, from local companies and individuals to large, publicly-traded and privately held companies. He has litigated a variety of complex commercial matters for both plaintiffs and defendants domestically and abroad. Some of Mr. Wick’s noteworthy results include obtaining an $81,000,000 judgment in a real estate dispute, securing a multi-million dollar judgment in an aviation dispute, and litigating a complex lender dispute that ultimately ended in a favorable verdict exceeding $40,000,000. Mr. Wick has also been successful in prosecuting and defending numerous bankruptcy matters, including avoidance and fiduciary actions and recently litigated a complex bankruptcy adversary proceeding involving eighteen defendants to successful resolution.
Before forming Wick Phillips, Mr. Wick practiced with Bickel & Brewer, a complex litigation boutique based in Dallas. Before entering private practice, Mr. Wick gained extensive courtroom experience interning for the Honorable Joe Kendall of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Honorable David D. Noce of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Honorable Terry Adelman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Wick is admitted to practice in Texas, New York and the United States Virgin Islands.
