Allie DeWitt is a finance associate in the corporate section of Wick Phillips. She focuses on all aspects of finance including lending, borrowing, and investing. Her experience includes the negotiation, structuring and documentation of finance transactions, particularly with respect to commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Allie gained experience as a legal and compliance associate at Blue River Partners, LLC. During law school, Allie participated in Texas Tech University School of Law’s Civil Practice Clinic where she assisted with a variety of cases referred by Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas.
