Rob is a partner in the commercial real estate section of Wick Phillips. His practice focuses on the representation of developers, lenders, property owners, landlords and tenants in leasing, acquisition and sales, finance, land-use planning and development transactions.
He has a strong background in all types of real estate, including industrial, office, multi-family, retail and mixed-use projects, corporate facilities and multi-state portfolios.
Rob was elected to the Touchdown Club’s 2014-2015 class and is currently serving as Vice President. The Touchdown Club is a leadership organization that raises funds for The Rise School, a program providing educational and therapeutic services to preschool children with developmental delays such as Down syndrome.
In addition, Rob participates in the Salesmanship Club of Dallas Reading Buddy Program at the Momentous Institute where he meets weekly with a student and helps encourage and assist with teaching students to read.
As an undergraduate at Yale University, Rob was a running back and wide receiver on the football team where he was a varsity letterman.
