Kyle Weldon is an associate in the litigation practice group at Wick Phillips. Kyle represents individuals and businesses in a variety of matters including commercial and oil and gas litigation, as well as agriculture, environmental, energy, and land use matters. He has worked on cases in both state and federal court throughout Texas.
Kyle’s practice also includes assisting clients with energy-related agreements, including oil and gas leases, surface use agreements, pipeline and access easements, and agreements related to renewable energy development. He has significant experience in the agricultural industry, representing a wide range of clients, including livestock producers, dairies, feed yards, and financial institutions in a variety of matters.
