Seth Sloan is an associate in the Real Estate Section at Wick Phillips. Seth represents developers, investors, landlords and tenants in retail, office, medical and industrial development and leasing transactions. In addition to his commercial real estate practice, Seth also regularly advises clients on entity formation and structuring.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Seth handled corporate, real estate, and bankruptcy and creditor’s matters at Crowe & Dunlevy PC. Seth has also represented and defended individuals and entities in federal and state court litigation. As an undergraduate at Southern Methodist University, Seth lettered for the Mustang football team where he played safety.
