Josh Pelfrey is an associate in the corporate section of Wick Phillips and focuses on banking and finance, secured and unsecured financings, private debt offerings, real estate finance, and general business matters. He represents lenders, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, investors and other parties in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including in the areas of commercial and industrial loans, senior loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments and asset-based loans.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Josh practiced at Holland & Knight LLP. During law school, Josh held a Judicial Externship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
