Shelli Nickel, a partner in the Real Estate Section with Wick Phillips, has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate transactions, high-value negotiations, sophisticated contract drafting, complex and intricate due diligence review and curative actions. Shelli advises developers, national retailers, service providers, and business principals to provide business-focused legal solutions and align with strategic objectives. As a part of her real estate practice, Shelli has extensive experience working with high-volume QSR chains and specialty restaurant clients throughout the United States, including ground, inline, and co-brand leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Shelli practiced at Walls Landry Baker Oliver LLP. In her free time, she enjoys watching live theater, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family.
