Scott Magdziak has over twenty years of experience advising a broad range of clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. Prior to his current practice, Scott practiced at a large international law firm where he represented institutional lenders, investors, and owners in complex commercial real estate and finance transactions.
He has significant practice experience representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, office, hotel and industrial properties, including multi-jurisdictional portfolio transactions, as well as the financing of commercial real estate transactions.
In the distressed assets sector, Scott has advised clients on commercial loan enforcement matters, note and loan sales, and loan servicing matters involving commercial real estate workout agreements, forbearance agreements, and loan modifications. His practice combines sophisticated transactional experience with practical business-focused counsel developed through representing lenders, borrowers, investors, and owners across a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
