Genesis is an Associate in the corporate section of Wick Phillips and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity, and general business matters.
Genesis was a clerk with Wick Phillips during the summer of 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Genesis externed for a corporate general counsel, as well as clerking for another Dallas firm. Additionally, Genesis interned with Judge Martin Hoffman during the summer of 2021. Genesis served as a congressional intern with the United States House of Representatives Texas 28th District in Washington, D.C.
