Keith Koshkin is a partner in the litigation section of Wick Phillips. Keith represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract, employment discrimination, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and complex commercial litigation. Keith has also represented clients in both state and federal courts of appeal
Before joining Wick Phillips, Keith practiced at Goldfarb PLLC. Prior to entering private practice, Keith served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Schell in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
