Katherine Joseph is an associate in the litigation practice group at Wick Phillips. She represents clients in litigation matters involving breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Katherine was a clerk with the Firm during the summers of 2024 and 2025. Prior to joining Wick Phillips, she interned as a Judicial Clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. During law school, Katie served as a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic and was on the Judge John R. Brown Maritime Appellate Moot Court Team.
