Brittan Johnson is a partner in the corporate section of Wick Phillips. He focuses on the unique needs of middle-market companies, private equity firms, and developers throughout their life cycle. He has experience structuring a broad range of sophisticated and high-value transactions including acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, real estate portfolio acquisitions, financings, recapitalizations, and private securities offerings.
Brittan has significant experience structuring real estate joint ventures and preferred equity investments on behalf of private funds and developer clients.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Brittan practiced in the corporate/mergers and acquisitions practice group at Gray Reed & McGraw LLP.
