Alex Ingle is an associate in the real estate section of Wick Phillips. He represents clients in a wide range of real estate and business transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, industrial, retail and office sites, leasing for retail, office and industrial projects, and joint ventures to construct and operate industrial, office, mixed-use, multi-family and retail developments. Alex also has extensive experience negotiating the purchase of land and finished lots for residential development.
In addition to his real estate practice, Alex has a background in domestic and international private equity co-investment transactions, representing institutional investors and fund sponsors in structuring, negotiating, and documenting limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Alex worked as Corporate Real Estate Counsel at D.R. Horton, Inc., the nation’s largest homebuilder by volume. Previous to D.R. Horton, Alex worked in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.
