Austin Hill focuses his practice on a variety of corporate matters. He represents parties on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and fundraising. He also counsels his clients on entity formation, corporate governance, general corporate issues and other business and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Austin began his legal career in New York at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett where he focused on M&A, capital markets and banking. Austin has also served in various in-house roles, including with Wood PLC (formerly Wood Group) a publicly-traded oilfield services company and Hypergiant Industries, an AI and space technology company.
