Austin Green is a partner in the real estate section of Wick Phillips. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and sales, and development. In this role, Austin represents landlords and tenants in leasing, as well as landowners, developers, operators, investors and retailers in the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate throughout Texas and the United States.
Austin has notable experience working with restaurant and other retail chains in the leasing and development of retail properties.
