David focuses his practice on representing and guiding owners, developers, contractors, and business leaders through the full lifecycle of complex real estate development and construction projects. He specializes in drafting and negotiating AIA contracts, leases, and operating documents across commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use portfolios. David also has experience resolving disputes pre-litigation, leading trials and appeals, and advising on zoning, land use, and entitlement matters.
David most recently served as general counsel for a national commercial construction firm. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked in architecture firms in Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma.
