Cynthia is an associate in the corporate section of Wick Phillips and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity, and general business matters.
Cynthia was a clerk with the Firm during the summer of 2021. Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Cynthia interned for firms in Tulsa, OK and Fort Worth, TX. Additionally, Cynthia worked as a Duddlesten Fellow with the Center for Women in Law in Austin, TX. Cynthia is also a trained mediator in accordance with the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.
