Barbara is an Associate in the corporate section of Wick Phillips and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity, and general business matters.
Barbara was a clerk with Wick Phillips during the summer of 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Barbara interned for both Emergent Risk International in Dallas, TX and for The League of United Latin American Citizens in Washington, D.C. She was selected for the Securities and Exchange Commission Legal Honors Program as an honors legal intern in the spring of 2022. Barbara is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
