Trent Appleby is a senior associate in the real estate section of Wick Phillips. He advises real estate developers and investors, private equity firms, and other clients in a multitude of real estate and business transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, raw land, mineral interests, and other properties. He represents landlords in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Trent practiced at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP.
