Derry Anderson is a litigation attorney representing clients in a variety of matters including individual and business torts, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, defamation, TCPA, and fiduciary duty claims. His experience also includes representing airline pilots in contract disputes at arbitration proceedings pursuant to the Railway Labor Act. Derry handles all aspects of case management, including drafting pre-trial motions and orders, discovery, motions for summary judgment, trial preparation, and settlement agreements.
Prior to his legal career, Derry was a commercial airline pilot, a corporate pilot, and a police officer for the Dallas Police Department.
