Chris Fuller is a transactional lawyer and partner in the Commercial Real Estate division of Wick Phillips. He represents developers, lenders, property owners, landlords and tenants in leasing, acquisition and sales, finance, land-use planning and development transactions, and complex multifamily development transactions.

Chris has a strong background in multi-family projects, representing buyers and sellers with the negotiation and structuring of the acquisition, financing, and disposition of multi-family assets currently totaling over $1.75 billion in value. Additionally, Chris represents shopping center developers throughout the country. In this capacity, Chris has negotiated land acquisitions, ground leases, loan documents, and landlord/tenant leases, as well as coordinating land use issues. He also routinely advises clients on the formation and dissolution of partnerships and joint ventures in connection with the structuring of real estate transactions.

In addition to his commercial real estate practice, Chris has a background in financial transactions representing borrowers and lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including agency financing transactions with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, project finance, balance sheet lending, construction loans, permanent loans, working capital, and restructuring financings.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Chris worked at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, an international law firm with over 470 lawyers in Texas, New York, Washington, D.C., Connecticut, Seattle, Dubai and London. He is licensed to practice in Texas.

As a graduate with a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Chris served as a member and articles editor of the Computer and Technology Law Review. He also received a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Young Lawyers Association, The Real Estate Council (TREC), the International Council of Shopping Centers, and Urban Land Institute.
