Mr. Fain is an associate in the Commercial Litigation section of Wick Phillips. Based in the firm’s Fort Worth office, his expertise is in all phases of commercial disputes within numerous industries including lenders, manufacturers, land owners and developers, and he has also represented various entrepreneurs and individuals.

Some of Mr. Fain’s experience includes procuring summary judgment worth $21 million for a commercial real estate developer, obtaining a reverse-and-render opinion in the Beaumont Court of Appeals on behalf of a truck manufacturer, and defending an international company in a bankruptcy adversary proceeding that culminated in a six-week trial.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Mr. Fain worked with Haynes and Boone in Houston and Pennington Hill in Fort Worth.
