Mr. Drez is a trial lawyer and partner based in Wick Phillips’ Fort Worth office. He specializes in complex business disputes.

Mr. Drez has represented clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, electric utility, real estate, banking and finance, and construction. Most recently, Mr. Drez was the lead trial counsel in a federal fraud trial concerning the sale of two lines of fiber optic products that resulted in a $12.5 million jury verdict on behalf of his client. With more than ten years of experience, Mr. Drez is a highly regarded expert in all phases of litigation at the trial and appellate levels, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Before moving to Wick Phillips, Mr. Drez was a partner with Haynes and Boone, LLP in Fort Worth, and he served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable James T. Trimble, Jr., United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana before entering private practice. Licensed to practice in Texas, New York and Louisiana, he is admitted in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, all U.S. district courts in Texas and the Western District of Louisiana.He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana and New York.
