Brant C. Martin is a partner in the litigation section of Wick Phillips.
Mr. Martin’s practice focuses on all facets of trial and commercial litigation, from pre-lawsuit disputes, through discovery, jury selection, argument, and post-verdict practice. Mr. Martin has represented and counseled a broad spectrum of clients, including local companies and individuals, Fortune 500 companies, investment funds and their sponsors, and investment banking firms. Mr. Martin has litigated on behalf of and against large and small clients, in all manner of disputes. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and has tried numerous cases to verdict. He also has extensive experience in class actions and other complex commercial litigation, in federal and state courts nationwide.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Mr. Martin practiced with Puls, Taylor & Woodson, in Fort Worth, Texas, and with Baker & McKenzie in Dallas, Texas. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Martin was a law clerk to Judge Richard A. Schell, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, and is admitted to practice in all court levels of the State of Texas.
