Kelly Wray is an associate in the corporate section of Wick Phillips and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity and general business matters.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Kelly was a law clerk for three firms and a summer associate at Weaver Johnston & Nelson, PLLC. During law school, Kelly also served as a legal intern for two Dallas-area hospitals. Kelly provided pro bono legal representation to the Buried Alive Project, Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women and the Clemency Project 2014.
