Zachary Williams is an associate in the Corporate and Finance section of Wick Phillips. He represents both public and private clients on a number of financial and corporate-related matters, including SEC disclosures, corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and bank financing.
During law school, Zachary served as a legal intern for a media company, where he helped to create a company-wide social media policy, including guidelines specifically developed for producers, journalists and others who publish news-related content on social media. In addition, he worked alongside outside counsel defending a significant defamation action against one of the company’s television stations. Zachary also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ken Molberg, 95th District Court Dallas County. Another legal internship focused on mineral and energy rights at a Dallas firm, and Zachary served as a legal clerk for an intellectual property law firm in Seattle.
While in law school, Zachary also focused his studies toward business and corporate practice, as well as health care law.
