Saundra Steinberg is a partner in the corporate and finance section of Wick Phillips. In relation to banking and finance matters, she represents lender and borrower clients, including banks and other lending institutions, in connection with a variety of financing structures. She also advises clients on non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
Saundra has represented companies with regard to credit agreements, unsecured note offerings, collateral agreements, capital markets transactions, Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, restructurings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Saundra was most recently Managing Director in the American Airlines legal department, and previously practiced in the Dallas office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
