Noah Nadler is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in a wide array of complex litigation and arbitration—with a primary focus on construction litigation, representing corporate policyholders in disputes with their insurers, commercial real estate disputes, and oil and gas litigation. Noah also regularly assists clients in reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and advising clients on all insurance‐related topics, including how to minimize risk, draft indemnity agreements and obtain optimum insurance coverage.

Noah spends a significant amount of his time advocating on behalf of owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and suppliers related to private and public construction projects.

Noah has successfully tried multiple cases to jury verdicts and arbitration awards. He uses this experience to identify practical solutions and leverage points to help resolve disputes before they turn into expensive litigation. Noah also understands that responsiveness and open communication are important, and he strives to provide first‐class service to his clients.

Noah regularly takes on pro-bono cases and is a co-chair of a local bar committee that plans events providing free legal advice to the community.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Noah was at Haynes and Boone, LLP in the firm’s insurance coverage and business litigation practice groups.
