Alec Perry is an associate in the Litigation section of Wick Phillips. Alec has experience handling a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including patent, copyright, and trademark disputes. He is also a registered patent attorney with experience preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications.
Before joining Wick Phillips, Alec served as a law clerk for Magistrate Judge Renee H. Toliver of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. During his clerkship, Alec co-presented a CLE on patent-eligible subject matter hosted by Judge Catharina Haynes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
During law school, Alec was associate managing editor of the SMU Science and Technology Law Review, president of the Intellectual Property Organization, and a pupil in the Barbara M.G. Lynn American Inn of Court.
