Bradshaw Hawkins is an associate in the corporate section of Wick Phillips, representing public and private companies on matters related to capital markets, leverage finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, divestures, securities, contracts, and general corporate governance.
Bradshaw has represented clients both domestically and internationally across a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, manufacturing, retail, professional services, hospitality, logistics/transportation, and real estate. His experience includes transactions in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Poland, China, India, and the United Kingdom. Bradshaw is also an adjunct professor of law at Texas A&M School of Law.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Bradshaw was Associate General Counsel at AZZ Inc. (NYSE: AZZ), a leading manufacturing company. Previous to AZZ, Bradshaw worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. Bradshaw began his legal career at a mid-sized law firm in Dallas.
