Ryan Goins has more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex business transactions, with a focus on the acquisition, development, financing, operation, and disposition of commercial real estate properties. Ryan advises clients throughout the lifespan of real estate projects, from initial joint venture negotiations through the ultimate investment exit opportunity. Ryan’s practice covers multiple property classes, including office, industrial, retail, undeveloped land, and residential assets.
Following law school, Ryan worked as an associate in the real estate and financial restructuring sections in the Dallas office of Baker Botts L.L.P. Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Ryan served as Assistant General Counsel for a Fort Worth-based energy company and family office, where he specialized in commercial real estate acquisition and development transactions.
