Paul Chappell is an associate in the Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups with Wick Phillips. Paul focuses his litigation practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including assisting clients in disputes involving, among other issues, breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty. Paul has experience in many aspects of litigation in both state and federal court, including drafting and responding to written discovery, managing large‐scale e‐discovery projects, drafting, responding, and arguing various motions, and taking deposition
testimony. Paul’s employment practice includes the review, analysis, and negotiation of high‐level employment contracts within the realm of collegiate athletics, as well as assisting employers in disputes involving covenants not to compete.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Paul was an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Baker McKenzie.
