Jennifer Bartlett is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group with Wick Phillips. Jennifer focuses on complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in a broad variety of matters in both state and federal court, including contract disputes, commercial real estate disputes, post-judgment enforcement, environmental class actions, insurance coverage disputes, trademark litigation, and trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Before joining Wick Phillips, Jennifer worked at a nationally recognized litigation boutique firm where she gained experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation.
While at Georgetown Law, Jennifer served as Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal and was a student attorney in Georgetown Law’s Appellate Litigation Clinic. Prior to law school, Jennifer spent nine years in executive legal administration. Jennifer also previously served as executive assistant to the Cabinet Secretary of Economic Development for the State of New Mexico.
