Alex Adewunmi is an associate in the litigation section of Wick Phillips and focuses on complex commercial litigation, arbitration matters, and a wide variety of civil disputes. Alex provides counsel to clients in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination and Texas Anti-SLAPP matters. Alex has experience in both state and federal court, including drafting and responding to written discovery and various motions. Alex’s employment law practice includes the review and analysis of employment and independent contractor agreements, as well as assisting employers in disputes involving non-solicitation provisions and covenants not to compete.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Alex was an intern at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. During law school, Alex was a law clerk for both the 101st and the 193rd Civil District Courts. Alex is dedicated to providing pro bono legal services to indigent clients who would otherwise be unable to seek protection through the legal system.
