Scott Magdziak has over fifteen years of experience advising a broad range of clients in the
acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. He has significant practice experience in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, office, hotel and industrial properties, including multi‐jurisdictional portfolio transactions, encompassing the financing of commercial real estate transactions.
In the distressed assets sector, he has provided counsel on commercial loan enforcement matters, note and loan sales, and loan servicing matters involving commercial real estate workout agreements, forbearance agreements and modifications.
