Ms. Tendolkar is an associate in the Litigation Section of Wick Phillips, LLP. Ms. Tendolkar represents clients in a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including securities, employment, intellectual property, and general business litigation. Ms. Tendolkar also has significant experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporations, boards of directors, and audit committees. Ms. Tendolkar has represented clients in state court, federal court, and the International Trade Commission, as well as before the Securities and Exchange Commission and Federal Trade Commission. Ms. Tendolkar also provides pro bono legal services to women and children in the DFW area in divorce and adoption proceedings.

Ms. Tendolkar is licensed to practice in New York and Texas. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, LLP, Ms. Tendolkar was an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
