Seema Tendolkar is a litigator focusing on complex commercial and employment disputes. Ms. Tendolkar also has significant experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporations and representing clients during government investigations. Ms. Tendolkar represents clients in both federal and state court at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Ms. Tendolkar also provides pro bono legal services to women and children in divorce and adoption proceedings.
Ms. Tendolkar received her B.S. from Cornell University and her J.D. from Columbia Law School, and is licensed to practice in the States of New York and Texas. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Ms. Tendolkar was selected as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2012 and 2013. She is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of Captain Hope's Kids, Inc. and Rae's Hope, Inc., both of which are non-profit organizations focused on meeting the needs of disadvantaged children in the DFW area.
