Summer Allen joins Wick Phillips as a transactional associate in the firm’s expanding Corporate section. She will be representing both public and private clients in assorted financial and corporaterelated matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and financing transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Summer worked in corporate governance for CHRISTUS Health and clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey S. Boyd of the Supreme Court of Texas. Summer is a 2013 graduate of Pepperdine University Law School, where she was an Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review.
