Mr. Dolan is an associate in the corporate section of Wick Phillips, LLP. Mr. Dolan has represented both public and private companies in a broad array of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, corporate governance and large-scale commercial transactions.

In the mergers and acquisitions portion of his practice, Mr. Dolan has represented both purchasers and sellers in negotiated transactions. He also advises clients on SEC reporting and general securities compliance, including periodic filings, stock exchange compliance and corporate governance matters. As part of his commercial transactions practice, Mr. Dolan has represented both service providers and service industry clients in large-scale outsourcing transactions and advises clients on general commercial transaction matters.

Mr. Dolan has also handled pro-bono matters through the Texas C-Bar, including counseling 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations on governance and other matters.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Mr. Dolan practiced in the Dallas office Baker Botts LLP.
