Mr. Chuka-Obah is an attorney in the corporate section of Wick Phillips. He represents both public and private clients on corporate and finance matters including SEC disclosures, corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and bank financing.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Chuka Obah has practiced for a number of years as an auditor of both public and private companies. While in law school, he was on the Dean’s Honors list, served on the student body as treasurer and also participated as a tutor for students in both civil procedure and antitrust. He was also Chief Counsel for the Small Business Clinic where he represented clients on various business entity matters. He was a legal intern for Judge Eric Moye of the 14th District Court and also participated on various Intramural Mock Trial competitions as well as the SMU study abroad program in Oxford England. Mr. Chuka-Obah is licensed to practice in Texas and New York.
