Ms. Mathews is an associate in the Wick Phillips Labor & Employment Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law, strategic client counseling, and preventative training.

In addition to general counseling, Ms. Mathews represents clients involved in employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, discrimination litigation (under statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Americans With Disabilities Act), and non-competition/unfair competition disputes.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Ms. Mathews practiced in the labor and employment group of Winston & Strawn’s Washington, D.C. office. She earned a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2009 and a B.A. in history from Indiana University in 2005. Ms. Mathews is admitted to practice law in the State Bars of Illinois,Washington, D.C. and Texas.
