Mr. Callister is an associate of Wick Phillips and practices in the commercial litigation and employment groups.

During his career, Mr. Callister has represented clients in a variety of complex litigation disputes, including False Claims Act, white collar, employment, antitrust, government investigations, and general business litigation. He has represented clients in federal and state court, and participated in arbitrations. Mr. Callister also provides pro bono services to local families in adoption proceedings. Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Mr. Callister was an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and clerked for Judge Robert C. Jones of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and California.
