The Firm

Founded by attorneys who were formerly with established, international law firms, Wick Phillips is a business law firm that offers “Big Firm” experience with “Small Firm” efficiency.

LAW WITH PURPOSE

Clients often have different goals and seek different outcomes. They don’t come to us because they want to but because they need to. We know that. So we listen and focus on understanding their goals. We flex to make it easy for them to work with us. And then set about using the law to meet their goals; in essence, to practice Law with Purpose.

Today, more than ever, it is important for clients to trust their legal advisors. Our experience, creativity, and work ethic have brought us many trusted and long-standing relationships. We measure our success by our client’s satisfaction with the services we provide. What can we do for you?

Our Clients

Wick Phillips serves businesses in a broad range of industries. The firm has provided legal services to businesses in banking and finance, commercial and residential real estate, construction and development, retail, restaurants, franchising, professional services, securities and investments, utilities, insurance, healthcare, product manufacturers, oil and gas, timber, water and other natural resources, and many more. The firm has developed relationships with a number of Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, start-up ventures, medical practices, limited liability partnerships, franchises, and other businesses throughout the United States.

Our Attorneys

Wick Phillips is comprised of lawyers who concluded, after years at established, international law firms, that we could build a firm that offers greater personal attention and efficiencies to our clients. Our attorneys handle many large complex cases with great skill, and apply the same energy and high standards to handling less complex, more routine matters. We have a record of producing “Less Conflicts” and “More Resolutions,” and can be as aggressive, or conciliatory, as needed in pursuing the best outcome for our clients.

Ultimately, we know that the true measure of success is a client’s satisfaction with the services provided. As a result, we strive to align our firm’s interests with those of our clients, and to work with them as partners in a way that enables us to deliver top quality representation and service.
