Mr. Gamble is an associate in the bankruptcy and litigation sections of Wick Phillips. In his bankruptcy practice, Mr. Gamble has represented a wide variety of clients in engagements involving nearly every facet of the bankruptcy process, from pre-filing counseling through plan confirmation and the post-confirmation period. Mr. Gamble has represented clients in bankruptcies in an array of industries, including energy, natural resources, real estate, telecommunications, manufacturing, food processing, textiles/apparel, consumer retail, software, publishing, and technology. Mr. Gamble has obtained successful results for clients in numerous contested matters in bankruptcies.

Mr. Gamble has also successfully represented clients in many bankruptcy-related lawsuits, including preferential and fraudulent transfer litigations. Mr. Gamble has also advised clients on numerous corporate, employment, and contractual matters outside of the bankruptcy arena. Mr. Gamble also represents clients in bankruptcy claims trading transactions.

In his state and federal court litigation practice, Mr. Gamble has represented clients in lawsuits involving breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duties, business torts, insurance coverage, transfer restrictions, securities law, wrongful foreclosure, intellectual property, aircraft crashes, agency, employment-related issues, non-compete and non–solicit agreements, injunctions, oil and gas/energy, copyrights, debt collection, banking law, and fraud.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Mr. Gamble practiced at a large metroplex law firm. Mr. Gamble is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
