Scott Hotchkiss, a partner in the Real Estate Section with Wick Phillips, represents clients in a wide range of real estate and business transactions. Scott’s practice focuses on the representation of clients in connection with the financing, acquisition, development and disposition of raw land and commercial buildings, and he also represents both lessors and lessees in connection with commercial leases.

Additionally, Scott represents and counsels his business clients through their formation and various contractual relationships, and has significant experience representing clients in connection with joint venture agreements. Scott’s practice also includes the formation of homeowner’s associations and preparing CCR’s and other HOA governance documents.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Scott was an attorney with a real estate law firm focused on the representation of developers and private equity groups in connection with the acquisition, development and disposition of master planned, mixed-use and resort communities. Before that, Scott was a shareholder of a small Dallas law firm. In his free time, Scott enjoys playing basketball and golf, and spending time with family and friends.
