Ms. Linville’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and on providing legal counsel to clients in a diverse range of civil disputes, primarily those relating to complex business litigation, bankruptcy litigation, intellectual property litigation, and labor and employment matters.

During law school, Ms. Linville interned for Judge Joe A. Fish of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
